I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of
Your Honour's letter of 221. instant on the subject of the
Chief Justice's vacation leave and to state that the provisions
of urdinance No.5 of 1998 to which it draws my attention ices
not notify the opinion have already expressed regarding this
leave.
2. I note that in these circumstances Your Honour
withdraws the application for leave emantel in my letter of
the 13th. instant pending the decision of the Secretary of State
upon the ratter.
